Network Specs installs ClaimMend on a dedicated workstation and supports it from there. It does not go on staff PCs. The prices below are what clinics see up front. We confirm them at the demo before anyone is billed.
For offices with a predictable denial load.
For busier offices that do not want a meter.
Basic includes 100 denials a month. Each denial after that is $6, which we confirm at the demo. Many outside billing services charge a percentage of what they collect. ClaimMend is a flat monthly fee, so the office keeps the claim.
One-time setup
Network Specs installs ClaimMend on a dedicated machine, not a front-desk or provider PC. We confirm which setup fits before anyone is billed.
$1,495 one-time. A dedicated mini PC, configured and shipped, used as the denial station.
$995 one-time. Install on a spare computer that is not a staff workstation. Network Specs still supports it.
The monthly plan includes the software and support. Agreement length, who keeps the hardware, and what happens to files if you stop are written into the install agreement. Those details are settled at the demo, not added later as a surprise.
Dentrix, Open Dental, and Eaglesoft sometimes need a vendor login or a connector fee on top of ClaimMend. If an office needs one, Network Specs puts that cost in writing before you commit. It is not inside the $450 or $750. Vyne and the denial inbox use the accounts the office already has.
Bring PMS, imaging, Vyne, and a recent denial. We will recommend Basic or Pro and whether a shipped workstation makes sense.
