Submit path
Vyne (manual)
Exports a folder. Staff upload it in Vyne and confirm it was received. ClaimMend does not submit the claim.

Polls about every 20 minutes for denial-like mail, de-duplicates, marks handled messages read, and can load the attachment into the workflow.

Scanner or file upload
Windows TWAIN/WIA when a scanner is present. Otherwise browse for PDF or image. Same analyze → resolve → export path.
Open Dental is in the same conversation
If the office runs Open Dental instead of Dentrix or Eaglesoft, say so on the demo form. Network Specs will say whether a login is enough or whether a vendor connector fee applies, and will quote that before install.
