This site is informational. The demo form collects name, practice, email, phone, software stack, denial volume, and hardware preference so we can schedule an install. We do not sell that information.

Do not send patient names, member IDs, clinical images, or other protected health information through the public form. If a conversation needs PHI, we will use an appropriate channel after we are engaged.

ClaimMend runs on a dedicated workstation we set up and manage. Encrypted credentials and working files live on that machine, not on staff PCs. There is no public software download from this site.

The site may keep basic server logs for security and operations. Questions: support@claimmend.com.
